By accessing or using Nomad OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That city recommendations will meet your expectations

Our data is aggregated from various sources and should be used as a starting point for your research, not as the sole basis for relocation decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomad OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or reliance on information provided.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data
• You remain responsible for any outstanding payments

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
